All Bookings are done on Booksy. All availability , Cancellations or any last minute appointments will show on the online diary.

All bookings require a small booking fee deducted from the remaining balance after the treatment.

PAYMENT

BOOKING FEE REQUIRED -

up to 20% Booking fee is required for all bookings. Booksy will take the small booking fee. The remainder can be paid via bank transfer or cash

LATE POLICY

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME.

We do book all appointments back to back so we are unable to extend the treatment time. We will still have to finish at the booked time. If you are running very late 5 - 10 minutes we may be unable to complete the treatment.

CANCELLATION

UNDER 48 HOURS NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE IS A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION

minimum 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. You will be able to log onto booksy and press reschedule up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours all bookings are put back to back and online booking is closed. A new booking fee will be required to re-book as our schedules will need to be changed & we are unable to fill the space last minute.
